I feel blessed to have found a career I truly love. I started working as a public accountant in 1985 when I could not find a job as a mechanic in the city of Lebanon. (Many of the mills had recently closed leaving the area depressed.) I had just moved from Eastern Washington to attend Oregon State University and needed a full time job to pay for collage. After working a few months, I discovered I loved accounting so much I changed my major from management to accounting. After graduating from OSU, I moved to the Portland area and was hired by Roger D. Fleck, CPA. In 2001 I acquired Roger's accounting practice after working for him for a little over eleven years.
My area of expertise is tax and financial advising of small business - under 100 employees. Although a majority of our work is in the area of preparing tax returns and financial statements for S Corporations, C Corporations, LLCs and Partnerships, we prepare tax returns for individuals, estates and non-profits. We currently have over 150 business clients and around 300 individual clients.
Along with Roger, who still works part time, we have from three to five people on staff depending on the time of year. Read more about Our Services
